Stay away. They tried forcing me to pay out of pocket over $600 because they initially refused to recode their erroneous and suspicious medical claims. I didn't get to see the Dr until my third visit which involved being inconvenienced because the Dr HAD TO see me since I'd been there twice and had never met met (I asked both times to see the Dr himself and got weird, dodgy non-replies). He handled my son-in-law in the hospital. When he came for a follow in his office, after waiting almost two hours , he had no records or knew anything about his condition. My son-in-law had to explain the whole case to him. If we could give no stars we would.
I was admitted with severe back pain I had a CT. Dr Tokur never revealed I had 4 bulging disc. They just kept giving me heavy pain meds through IV. I was admitted for 2 nights. On day of discharge ,he asked if I wanted a CT of my spine. No results. Never told me anything about fundings. I had to go to my primary ,who referred me to a pain specialist. An MRI was ordered. It revealed I had a fracture on my spine.i had to under a procedure where cement was placed in my fracture. 4 Epidurals ,then told I owe $110 for emergency. ... read more
