I am sorry to hear that the beautiful lady at the front desk, Ms. Kate Cooper was let go yesterday. She was the one to refer me to that office and most of all of Ryon ' s staff members. She always had a smile on her face and made you feel welcome or happy when you entered the doctor's office. My daughters, family members and co workers always talk about how warm and sweet Ms. Cooper is and how she is always so happy and jolly and just changes your mood of you feeling ill. I'm feeling about disappointed. My children have been patients there for 8 years. If I ever needed anything Katie Cooper got it done. Katie was a friendly face that not only did well with the children but the parents too. I hope that you realize your practice is only as good as your staff makes it. This is a HUGE loss!!!
My husband and I both came to this office as children and there was no question where our children would go!
I have gone to this pediatrics since I was little, now my little one goes! So great to have people care for my child that actually know what they're doing!
