I’ve been back and forth with the doctor for three days with my youngest.. my oldest starts showing symptoms of something.. screaming in pain, grabbing his neck.. they took me back right away I believe we skipped the line.. they immediately offered help as I did have both kids with me and my oldest just wanted to cling to me as I had a diaper bag my purse my 5 month old with his car seat. Highly recommend AGAINST this place. Wife took my daughter in a couple days ago for an on and off fever and possibly an ear infection. After being in the room for less than 5 minutes to do a nasal swab for viral panel the dr left and said they were going to prescribe our child steroids. Didn't think anything of it until the visit was uploaded to "my chart" where upon looking at it. They did not listen to a word my wife said and put down that my child had a runny nose, cough, and a few other things and prescribed the steroids... read more
I don't know the name of your receptionist is, but that woman is so ignorant. She hung up on me when I was asking about my husband. And I could see her through the window flip me off. I NEVER have seen someone so unprofessional.
I don't have anything bad to say they were very professional in helping me meet my needs so I'll give 5 stars
