RecommendedThe whole experience was great. The atmosphere was formal and romantic. The food was outstanding. The chef and waitress were friendly. The chef found out it was our honeymoon and surprised my wife with a yellow rose. I highly recommend this place if you want to get dressed up and treat yourself and a special someone. just make sure you make a reservation.
AMAZING. Absolutely amazing. For the price, you’d get 1/3 of the food and WAY lower quality service at any of the other nice restaurants in Volusia county. Such a hidden gem!!
The best of the best restaurants in San Diego, Kansas City, New York City, Paris or Rome have nothing on Chez Paul's. Chef Paul, his food, wines and service are a wow!
for our anniversary we wanted to go some place different, we Googled a few restaurants and decided to try this one. I'm so glad we did! we were greeted like family, there was great music playing in the background. Paul, the chef was courteous, friendly and very funny!..the food was excellent!..like, fine fine dinning excellent! overall I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat and laugh!
We were turned away because we didnt have reservations and there was only one party being served in the restaurant???
Like others, we have driven by multiple times. What an amazing impromptu date night! Our meal was perfection, and the experience was so much fun. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend. 😊
For years and years and years we’ve driven by Chez Paul’s and never stopped but Friday night we finally did and what a wonderful meal we had. I didn’t get one picture of anything other than an empty plate because Chef Paul was entertaining us but this one held a fabulous Caesar salad that Chef Paul made for us tableside we also had a great steak, wonderful wine and possibly the best meatballs we’ve ever had as an Appetizer —it’s definitely someplace that could easily be overlooked as you park next to the bait shop 😆 but if ... read more

An epicurean delight! Elegant and fine dining with a fun and homey atmosphere. The food is amazing and Chef Paul is a delight. Our first time there. It won’t be our last.
