I just moved in and it's absolutely beautiful! it is well kept . the unit is so clean! the landlord and owner Judy is phenomenal! she keeps it well together she's kind and considerate the best landlord you could possibly have! she is hands on when it comes to the property and management which is the best!
I HAVE LIVED HER FOR 6 YEARS / THE MANAGEMENT IS GREAT IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT YOU NEED, THE MANAGEMENT TAKES CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY, THE APARTMENTS ARE WELL KEPT AND CLEAN, MAINTENCE DOES A GREAT JOB AND ARE VERY PROMPT / THE MANAGER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ON A SCALE OF 5, I WOULD RATE THE MANAGEMENT A 5 PLUS
Decent apartments, however the property manager Judy shows favoritism and is an unprofessional owner who bends the rules for her own benefit. I knew a tenant who had a perfect renter history and she allowed her friends who were the lady's neighbors to bully and intimidate her. She breaks the rules for her friends who are tenants and has been somewhat racist to those who she doesn't know well enough. It's sad to see people like her in positions of power with authority over those less fortunate.
