Literally the best French food in the city!!! Will def come back again! And I really appreciated their offered us more bread!!

Bistro is about speed and it took 25mn to get food out while the place was half empty. The fries were not crispy, suggesting the oil is getting old and thr chciken breast in the chicken burger was super rubbery. It was colder inside the restaurant than on the heated parklet. Overall not the experience you deserve when you order a $50 dollar steak.

The service quality has gone down hill . We arrived at 9:30 and the websites say they are open until 10 and they didn’t serve us. We had taken an uber to come to this restaurant and they said they still had orders to fulfill and they had empty seats, but they refused to seat us after making us wait in the cold. The people have no compassion for customers. I will never go back to their locations either here or in Hayes Valley. They are now going on my ban list. Was recommended this place but it was very disappointing. First, the bread was chewy and stale and the server dropped the bread in the floor. Then came the french onion soup which was average at best. For mains, we ordered the salmon crepe, which was horrible: the crepe dough was very dry, tasted weird and there was more arugula than anything else, which just dominated the overall taste.
