I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress today. I’ve only recently started looking, so I didn’t expect to find the one! All the dresses I tried on were so beautiful and of high quality. Most importantly was the owner Lucy. She was extremely patient and caring and was mindful of my budget. She wasn’t pushy at all which has been my experience at other stores.
My experience at Chez Jordan was incredible. The owner, Lucy, is an expert and is so helpful. She really knows all there is to know about her stock, including the background of the designers, difficulty of alterations, and gives the best guidance and constructive feedback. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous and there is such a wide variety of styles. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted with no pressure or time constraints. Stopped by yesterday to see the MOB dress selection. I did not have an appointment and did not expect to try on any dresses. Was in the store for at least 10 minutes. There was a party of 3 (2 girls and 1 Mom) trying on gowns. Other than that, the store was empty. Not once did the employee acknowledge that I even existed. She was too busy scrolling on her phone and eating lunch. Not very welcoming. Will not return.
