Maysa and nawal were very helpful and so nice, they’re so very professional. I loved my dress, and it was altered so perfectly.
Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I was told by the sales lead, Nawal, that my bridesmaid dress was ordered, only to find out later it likely never was, leaving me stuck because I had already paid in full and short on time after she made me wait. She then pushed me into taking the dress I wanted that they had in stock but was two sizes too big and claimed alterations would be “easy,” but the alteration team was shocked and disagreed, which led to the staff yelling at each other in front of me.
