We had a fantastic experience at Chez Jordan Bridal with sales associate Mary. We were under a tight timeline (1 month) and Mary was confident that we would find the right dress. Mary listened to my mother's needs, provided many options and by the end of the appointment...she said YES to a dress. She is kind, patient and truly gave my mother the best shopping experience that she's had after many MOG appointments. Thank you Mary for helping my mom find the most beautiful dress and for all your assistance.

I had an excellent experience at this bridal store! I was honestly quite confused and wasn’t sure what would look best on me, but Dalal and her team were incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. Our experiece with Chez Jordan was amazing, we went for alteration last August for my daughters wedding dres. Maysaa did an excellent job, we were worried that the dress will be wasted but with her expertise she made it work, Big thanks to Maysaa and the staff .. Highly reccomend Chez Jordan They have good selections of dresses as well..

I gave my wedding dress to their tailors for alterations, but they sewed it crooked. And they charged me $500 for it. If they can't even properly fix the slit in my wedding dress, they shouldn't own this shop. Their dresses look like they were bought from the Shein app.
