I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this florist. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like the photo online— the flowers were wilted, dull, and honestly embarrassing. When I contacted the owner to express my concerns, she was argumentative, dismissive, and condescending instead of simply acknowledging the mistake.
