We were scheduled to move in may 5th with the understanding from the office that we would have a downstairs unit. We got there, signed the lease, loaded a uhaul and everything jus to go to our unit and it was upstairs. There was basically miscommunication in the office. We had to wait another week jus to move in which meant money waisted on a uhaul and storage unit we had to store our belongings in. Luckily we still had time at our last place or we would have had to stay in a hotel.

I had to come to Google to post about my negative experience, since my review on apartments.com was deleted by their management. I was blatantly discriminated against by a woman in their office. She flat out told me with a smile, that they not only had no 3 bedrooms available, but had a very long waitlist. Not but 3 days later I check their own website and they have NUMEROUS units available NOW. I am sadly disappointed, but feel as though I also dodged a great bullet with this dishonest leasing company.

This place is the worst! I rented from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022. Its infested with roaches and rats. There is ALWAYS trash everywhere. They dont answer maintenance calls. And the tenants are trash. People fighting all hours of the night. Kids running around cursing and damaging stuff and their parents are nowhere to be found. Homeless people digging in the trash and begging for money. The rent was reasonable at $1275 until it came time to renew my lease. Then they had the nerve to raise my rent to $1950. That is way too much for... read more

Rent was 1400 when moved in all of a sudden it goes up to basically 1800 after we renewed our lease wat a joke

Love this place I thank God for it moved from riverside ca to here I recommend it to anyone no bugs not 1 🥰
