I came in for my first tattoo with a design for the helm of awe and nordic runes and met Dan (Dapperdantattoo) at Cheyenne Mountain Tattoo. He was attentive and patient with my questions being first time in the hot seat. He gave me all the information and answered questions for aftercare and following the instructions I had no issues with the healing process and love how the tattoo came out.

TLDR; Consulted with Michael for 3 different designs, placed deposit, made clear that I would pay for all designs created even if I only got one tattoo, extremely difficult to communicate and schedule, very little documentation or communication during the consultation or after, half of my deposit was kept after not wanting to move forward when he didn't respond to my requests for revisions on the designs.
