Arrived after a long day of travel only to find the sheets on our bed were dirty with clear stains on them. Called the front desk and were told there wasn’t a different room and our only option was for them to bring us sheets for us to change the dirty bed ourself! Even this took an hour to get new sheets which we had to do our self just to be able to sleep as there were no other available hotels nearby. Overall the place looks and feels like a motel trying to claim 4 star prices
Beautiful resort, a bit dated though. What surprised me was that we were charged an extra $30.00 a day for parking and $40.00 a day for resort fees. I wish that I would have known this prior to booking. I don't like surprises and being hit with such high fees.
