A bit late, but I had a wonderful experience here. Scheduling was easy, check-in also easy (the ladies up at the front were very friendly). Dr. Bron was very accommodating. I felt like I took up so much of her time, but she was so patient and listened to all of my issues. She was able to give me explanations and directions, validating a lot of my concerns (especially with issues concerning previous GYN care). I highly recommend if you're looking for a caring, smart, and professional Gyno. Thanks so much!
The staff was warm and friendly, and Dr. Fink was highly competent. I would recommend this team to anyone! Updating *Feb 2026* Continues to be a great experience. Big shout out to Shelby Baker for facials! A great deal, very knowledgeable, and great availability!
So, before MedNOW took over the office, the service and staff were satisfactory. Under this new management, the office is efficient, organized, welcoming, and warm. There had been instances in which the previous staff created an uncomfortable environment for me as a person of color. My experience wasn't so great! I didn't appreciate how Annabelle was acting to me when I said that I wanted another baby at 43 after having a recent miscarriage. I also didn't appreciate how she said my test results out loud in front of another woman waiting in the waiting room. It made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed that she would do that! I went today for a med check, after change of ownership. Reception staff was so friendly annd welcoming! Annie Yoo was so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and informative. The star was Nayelli, the medical assistant who drew my blood. (This sounds silly but I rate whether I return to a doctor’s office based on their phlebotomist LOL) She is amazing and also very patient and personable! I love this new team as much as I did the team under Stephanie Fink.
