I’ve lived at Cheyenne estates 3 different times totaling 9 years. The location is amazing the apartments are huge and convenient. maintenance used to take a little longer but they have two new guys that get things done. When it’s something major it gets fixed immediately! I recommend this place to everyone looking. Crystal is a great landlord and goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Well, all I can say is we had a rough start, but it’s gotten better within the past year so I can’t complain. Crystal is awesome to work with. It’s getting a lot better here. I can finally say that this is home.
I’ve lived at Cheyenne estates 3 different times totaling 8 years. The location is amazing the apartments are huge and convenient. Sometimes maintenance takes a little longer because of the demand but I don’t mind. When it’s something major it gets fixed! I recommend this place to everyone looking. Crystal is a great landlord!
