Kids and family all live there great place and a pool
I live at Cheyenne Estates and the condition of the property does not match the price. Rent for a two bedroom is now 900 per month, which is too high for the level of maintenance Hallways are not kept clean, vacuuming happens about once every four months During winter, the entryway was not salted, I slipped on ice and hit my head on the wall Parking is poorly managed, people take assigned spots and nothing is done unless a car sits there for 24 hours I also tried to help improve the building. I’ve lived at Cheyenne estates 3 different times totaling 9 years. The location is amazing the apartments are huge and convenient. maintenance used to take a little longer but they have two new guys that get things done. When it’s something major it gets fixed immediately! I recommend this place to everyone looking. Crystal is a great landlord and goes above and beyond to help her tenants. I had a leaking window that caused me to have to move apartments and Crystal got me right into a different building same apartment. I got... read more
