I rather not give a star rating, but the program doesn't allow no stars. Our house was appraised very high a few years ago. After putting upgrades to our home, Dennis Chew decides to appraise our house $13,000 less than the original appraisal and not willingly to review comps our realtor put together to show the worth of the house. It's quite interesting how a house with the exact floor plan appraised higher than what Dennis Chew appraised our house for and our house had more upgrades. Unbelievable.
