On May 29,2025 I purchased a vehicle from Chevyland on 7500 Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA. Within 10 days of the purchase the check engine light came on and I took it to O’Reilly where they did a diagnostic report which showed the code P0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold). The code indicated a serious exhaust and catalytic defect. I immediately noticed the dealership staff on June 10, 2025 and provided the diagnostic report from O’Reilly showing the code. I purchased an automobile on my birthday as my gift to myself made it up the engine light came on, called the salesman which was great he said bring it back. They kept it a month drove it back home to have another issue, so I took it back the kept it for 2 weeks. I wanted to just get something else and they made up an excuse to why I couldn’t. They fixed the transmission on my car and 3 days later my power steering wasn’t messed up. It wasn’t messed up before they replaced my transmission. They finish transmission in 2 days but had my car over 3 weeks for power steering. Then lying about parts coming in. I asked the owner name they didn’t want to tell me. I will not recommend Chevyland on Youree drive to anyone.
They acted like pure scum to me. I found a truck i wanted without question and they told me the only way i could get that truck was to put $6000 down. Which i finally talked myself into doing because i loved the truck. It was like a truck i owned several years back. So i finally told them that i would agree to the DP because i loved the EXACT truck i was being quoted on. Price they quoted me was lower then the price i had to pay i had a motor replaced i did not use they"re motor i used my own and i wanted the old motor to get it rebuilt but they claimed that they got rid of i had to take the car to another shop to get it fixed on things that chevy land should of did to the motor that they replaced but they did not do
