RecommendedChevy Chase is a professionally managed apartment community. Many cultures enjoy safe living in a gated and courtesy patrolled property. I have lived here for years and always feel secure and safe so much so I could walk confidently after dark of I choose to. The grounds are well maintained with lovely plantings as well. A knowlegable maintainence staff responds to any needs.

I have lived here for 5 years. The maintenance is excellent and the grounds are kept very clean. Good neighbors.
