I ordered a door skin from them on April 13th. Have waited patiently to date, July 28th. I've called 3 separate occasions trying to find out about my part. The only time I've been contacted was when they needed additional shipping costs, which I was fine with. I sent an Email on the 26th of July and asked them to contact me. Understanding about the covid19. NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY THERE IS NO ONE REACHING OUT TO ME, AT LEAST LETTING ME KNOW SOMETHING. . . VERY DISAPPOINTED.
