We moved to Surfers Paradise in 2020 and became new patients at this practice. I have always found the reception staff to be amazing, whether in person at the surgery or on the phone. They are kept so busy with people at the desk, phone calls and email queries and still manage to treat myself and my 92 year old mother with the utmost respect. LOL these doctors wouldn't see patients who weren't vaccinated by the covid-19 shot. They're discriminatory at best and henchmen for corrupt big pharma at worst. Either way, they definitely showed their disdain for free choice and body autonomy. These scumbags do not deserve your money or medicare's money.
The best on gold coast
Very poor service, had been going there for years until Dr Mackenzie passed away. Now they don’t want to know loyal customers. Sent an email regarding their service months ago and never received a response. Went in today only 1 person in the waiting room ( unheard of before) and asked to see Dr Wilson, the response I got was he is now only taking appointments. ( when did this start happening?) Very bad attitude, especially the (new) receptionist. Absolutely unreliable, we were promised that they will organise a specialist referral and send it out but they didn't. When our specialist appointment was cancelled because of the missed referral they took no responsibility and told us just to book another appointment. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation, it's simply not their problem. Don't come here, unless you want to be treated like rubbish.
