Worst gas station in alameda . Very unprofessional and the workers were very disrespectful and unhelpful. I paid for gas that I was not able to get because my pump stopped working abruptly. When I informed the workers my pump wasnt working they told me I had to pay for more gas even after veryfying that the pump I paid to use was not functioning properly. I usually use Chevron exclusively in my vehicles, but this Chevron is beat up, run down, dirty, not updated and the card readers never work. What are they doing with the money that they're charging for their fuel?! Probably not servicing their fuel tanks and filters, based on the state of the rest of it. No thanks.

The worst Chevron I’ve ever been to. No card machines worked but there was no sign, so you had to go inside. No customer service. No signs on the doors that didn’t work either.

Everyone here is awesome and saw as my health took a sudden turn for the worst. When able, they would help us by carrying out our coffees so my man could focus me!
