They take all ur money from your account when you put gas and wont get it back for 3 days which to me is honestly stupid
Dropped off my car for an exterior and interior wash while my boyfriend and I went to eat. We even picked the diamond option to ensure my car got extra treatment. When we picked up the car, they had someone’s random keys in my car. And my interior didn’t even look touched. After I pointed this out some guys did a quick wipe down again, even still it wasn’t good. I still had bird poop on my trunk as well. Go ahead and head over to 184th and pines for a high quality wash for the same price.

Horrible experience with the person who works at 11. He doesn’t know how to treat customers, very rude and disrespectful with the veterans 🇺🇸. I told him I was a disabled veteran and to treat me with respect and his response was that he didn't care who I was. I hope they give him some customer service. This guy works Tuesday nights.
