I pulled up to this empty gas station on a Monday evening to get propane. As another customer pulled up for gas the attendant acknowledged me and indicated he would be over after filling up the other customer. I waited with my propane tanks while the attendant pumped gas. However, when he was done he sat talking to the customer he had just filled up, making no effort to attend to my propane tanks. Took a problematic AC job to the team there after having two separate mechanics replace an AC compressor that kept failing. The team worked tirelessly to fix the problematic issue until it was fully resolved. They absolutely put their heart and soul into getting this job done correctly. That and the front desk and mechanics were friendly and stayed in touch during the work. I feel very confident with this job was done correctly.
I come here pretty often and I just wanted to say that Williams has always been very kind and helpful to me. He is polite, patient, and makes sure everything is taken care of. It’s nice to see someone who really cares about customers. Thank you for your good service, it is appreciated.
