Horrible Customer Service and nasty attitude from clerks....
Stopping here couple times a week. Close to my work, and I got used to them.
I had a serious issue at this gas station on last week. While filling up my motorcycle, the pump (n.8) did not shut off automatically and gasoline overflowed all over my bike, clothes, and the ground. It was a disaster and very dangerous. On top of that, I ended up paying $13, when I usually pay around $7. The following week I spoke with the manager (Chris) politely hoping for a refund but was told nothing could be done. He barely looked at me while I was politely explaining the situation. Very disappointed…
I WISH I COULD OUT ZERO. A man who works there is EXTREMELY RUDE, along with a bathroom sign that says “bathroom out of order” when in fact we know it’s not out of order, your sign isn’t tricking anyone. Maybe the store should be more clean for them to act like their store is all that :)
