I bought 2 brand new cars from Frederick in 2020.I traded in 2 cars when I bought my the new cars.When I traded in the the one car Frederick never transferred it out of my name.I started receiving traffic violation and empound fees from Maryland.I have been dealing with Maryland Police,PennDot,Notaries.I have called lawyers for help now going to the BBB.I bought my cars in May started receiving fines from the car I traded in September.I called Frederick the blamed Harrisburg. RecommendedBought a used truck from Fred. Fred is a great salesman. Transaction went pretty smooth. Only negative is the truck did not seem fully detailed. Management has contacted me and has resolved the issue.

They do good work and have always, on rare occasions, fixed mistakes on their "dime". My car was in for a new starter. They did the warranty paperwork and finished the job days earlier than expected. It is so nice to have a place to take my car to get fixed that I trust.

RecommendedCame in today to get oil change and inspection. Was greeted with a very rude attendant. I purchased my vehicle here 3 years ago and have had it serviced here since the day of purchase. Service has always been great until today. Attendant was very rude when I questioned him about some policy changes I noticed when I dropped my car off to him.
