Late Friday Van emergency on the interstate and they were able to get diagnostics done and speak with technician to get us back on the road. They could have easily said no and left us stranded at closing time. Very much appreciate the help.
Be very careful dealing with any of Greg's dealerships. My daughter and I had a very bad experience with them. We did not buy the car and they harassed us for weeks by text and phone.
I am awaiting a trade in appraisal. The staff were very helpful, kind and equally transparent with me about what I may or may not be able to do for a trade in. They were all very respectful of each other and professional in nature. I'm hoping things work but I'm also grateful for the open minded communication and honesty which was shared from all sides.
