Brian and Chris were very professional and very helpful
Company vehicle that uses enterprise fleet maintenance program - was never given any initial indication that wipers needed to or would be replaced. Upon checking the invoice I noticed the charge for wiper replacement. I would have declined this service if this was “recommended”, as the wipers I had on the vehicle were less than a year old. Very shady practice; seemed like just another way to rack up the bill that they knew I was not paying for out of pocket.
