I have had my 2026 Chevy Silverado in 2x for the exact same issue. Wheel + Steering Wheel alignment. The first time my steering wheel was in the 11 o'clock position. After picking it up the wheel was now in the 1 o'clock position. I called and they set another appointment to "fix" it properly. Got it back the 2nd time and the wheel was back in the 11 o'clock position...Called another dealer in the area and they explained that your tech did not set the wheel position lock code properly.
