I just had the worst experience at Chevrolet. I was assisted by Daniel at the front, and it was the worst customer service I’ve received at any Chevrolet dealership. He was unwilling to provide proper explanations and gave only short, dismissive answers. His attitude was very poor and unprofessional. I don’t understand how someone like this is working in customer service for a company as large as Chevrolet. This will be my last time coming to this location.

No follow up calls saying the car would be late in being repaired. Was promised it would be fixed by a certain date, it wasn’t. No feedback from Service Department

Worst place ever to get your car serviced. I brought my car in for a diagnostic and was told it could take up to 4 days just to check it. No courtesy car, no assistance, nothing. Completely unacceptable service. I will never buy a car here again or recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I scheduled a safety recall appointment a week in advance for the air bag inflator, which comes in two parts. With that much notice, you’d think they’d have both pieces ready. Apparently that was asking for too much. When I showed up, nobody greeted me. I just stood there until someone finally decided to acknowledge me, and even then he kept saying my name wrong like he wasn’t even trying.
