The Chevy service department in Rockville is amazing. Chevy cars and the dealership are terrible but the service center is unbelievably good. I've had nothing but bad experiences with the dealership and the car I got from them but at least the service department has been nothing but helpful. From the front desk to the work they do on the cars and the constant updates they give you. My only upside to getting a Chevy is that at least the service department has done a great job and gave me great customer service every time.
