My paperwork didn't even get processed until 30 minutes after my APPOINTMENT time according to the text I received. 2 hours after my APPOINTMENT time nothing had changed so I texted the lady it said to in the text & she never responded. 2 1/2 hours after my APPOINTMENT time I called to see what was going on with my truck & found out it hadn't even made it into the bay to be worked on yet! I got no notification that they were running behind & I never even heard anything about apologizing for the delay or lack of communication... read more
The team did an amazing job! Happy to have them as my sole service provider for both of my vehicles.
Customer service with the sales advisors are none. Specifically David Hernandez dropped the ball. My part was on back order and there is no ETA. He made me pay for parts and labor upfront before part was onsite. Service manager never responded to my voice mails and I left 3. I canceled this order and going back to Rush Chevrolet where I bought my car. If you’re wanting transparency you won’t get it here, it’s all about the $$.
