Have had no problems each time my car was serviced.
Set an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. My vehicle was taken to the garage moments after I arrivied. Service kept me informed of the service progress and when by vehicle was complete and walked me to the cashier.
The Dehaven team did a great job getting my truck fixed and back on the road for me.
Not having frequently needed parts in stock does not boost confidence in getting my cars fixed in a timely manner. Waited a full month for my trailblazers shifter cable and 3 days for my traverse thermostat. It also feels if they don't get direct requests by me, things just don't get looked at or fixed. Didn't even leave the parking lot to see service lights pop up on my dash after they fixed everything. Praying this warranty is worth it because thats the biggest reason we went with a big dealership.
