I was told the 12V battery on my Bolt EV needed replacement. This is a battery that was replaced new some months ago and had few miles on it. In addition, we keep the car plugged in when it's parked, and we work from home, so it's plugged in most of the time. This is specifically done to minimize the wear on the 12V battery. That's a known issue and best practice with EVs.
