Oil change is great place.. last week I asked about a 2027 traverse z71. That staff was not very knowledgeable..I asked about the difference between the z71 and high country.. height .. it the tires and thicker tread? Trans it's awd? Apparently he doesn't know the z71 has a double clutch in it .. the Rs has a race clutch.. LT and High Country almost same .. z71 has off road suspension.. Experience engine issue on my trip down State. The Jim Wernig team quickly diagnosed the issue with an injector, checked to see if part in stock. They confirmed parts available and immediately started the repair- fantastic!!
Had an appointment for 11am for oil change and tire rotation. Pulled in for oil change and wad then told it would be over an hour to get in for the tire rotation. Paid went to the store and came back 45 minutes late and then was told it would be a wait of 2 more hours because they just pulled another vehicle in. Appointments are made for a reason, not to be put to the side and let others go ahead. It was bad enough we had to wait almost 2 weeks for said appointment.
