Un professional
I took my vehicle in for oil change. The service intake said that they were swamped but should not be very long. I waited over 3 hours without an update. When I tried to find out the status at that time the entire service department was no where to be found. That is very poor customer service.
Competent, professional service in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you to all the Service Department Staff at Melloy Chevrolet.
