Great Experience and CS
Brought in my new (500 miles) 2027 Bolt for a failed main screen. They do not stock the part and could not even determine the part number without disassembling the unit. No update provided on timeline for the part. Left me hanging on a Friday.
Jason and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. I was in a pinch.My car had blown an emission hose on my drive in from out of town. I showed up without an appointment explained that I needed to drive back in less than two days or I'd be stuck in town. Jason had my car inspected the same day, then had his parts manager drive from another town with the park that was needed. And installed it the following afternoon. I cannot thank this team enough for what they did for me.And it will not be forgotten.
I'm not giving any details but my rating says it all...
The service here has been very disappointing. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning with a promised completion date of Friday. It is now Tuesday, and I have received zero updates. Despite calling multiple times and leaving several messages, no one has returned my calls. I still have no information regarding the status of my vehicle.
