When I asked how long it would take the response each time is "I don't know" and there is no offer to drop me back home or provide a loaner.
Big thanks to Jason for being super detailed oriented and helping us work through the process of replacing our broken speakers. He also is paying attention to and addressing other issues, plus having our car washed at pick up. I’m impressed !
