Didier communicated clearly and professionally, giving me a worst-case scenario estimate and a best-case estimate. He also called me to give me updates while the diagnostics were performed. In the end, everything went smoothly and I was charged following the best-case scenario estimate. My Bolt EV's battery management system is good as new. Great service at a good price.

Very bad customer Service at 8:27 am January 3rd , had to call 3 times and representative kept hanging up very bad service. Was supposedly transferring to parts department. What an awful service.
Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. I had made an appt online but; it “wasn’t pulling through to his system” so he didn’t have record of my appt. For that morning or the services I had requested. We were able to sort it out though and, most importantly, he was still able to accommodate me. Fortunately, another person he was speaking with was able to see I had made the appt.
