Love the parts team at Apple Chevy York, Janson & Jade always take good care to make sure I get the right parts for my ZL1, and know how important this is to me, even if it's something on backorder as the case has been for a few years, they go the extra mile to acquire parts for me from other dealers when possible!
The Parts Manager, Jason, is the best in York. He's always on the ball, remembering individual parts and customers amongst an ever-growing inventory of car parts. Along with his team, Jade, Joe, Jim and Jeff (what is it with J names over there?), they're quick to get you what you need to get your car back on the road! I nearly forgot to mention, the actual parts selection is HUGE! If you need a part and don't want to wait a month for it, give Jason's team a try. More likely than not, they have it available for you!
Parts department is great!! I requested pricing on some exhaust items via email and they got back to me quickly and professionally!! Will be back!
