I took it there for a factory recall. I informed the service writer that the Rancho shock on the rear driver's side was leaking fluid. He said the mechanic checked it out, and it was not leaking. He must not know what he's looking at, because it is clearly leaking. If you run your finger along the tube it's obvious. They shouldn't assume that everyone just drives a vehicle and isn't knowledgeable about it.
