What can I say about this place? As a dealership, it might be good. But they don't have a special place for large trucks where you can safely park and load them. Unfortunately, this problem isn't unique to this dealership.

"AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado in for service and was left without any updates or communication. No one called or messaged me about the status of my vehicle, and I wasn't even offered a rental. When I called to check on my car, I was put on hold for over an hour, only to be told that the representative needed to check with the technician. Dennis Murillo, a service advisor at this dealership, lied to me about my TPMS issue. He claimed all four sensors needed to be replaced and quoted me $2,000 “out the door.” This didn’t make sense, since I had one of those sensors replaced at the dealership just last August, and the original lasted 7 years. When I questioned him, he had no explanation. I went to another shop and was told only one sensor — the left rear — needed replacement. I had it fixed for $144 total, including parts and labor.
