I bought a truck about 2 months ago and noticed the front sensor to detect a vehicle in front was working intermittently. Mateo was my servicer. He was great. Asked several questions, and he was gracious to answer them all. 1st time ever owning a Chevrolet product and feel I was treated well. Although the sensor/ camera is bad, they had to order it, but Mateo let me know they will give me a ride home next week while being repaired and then will pick me back up. .
Called 3 times for an appointment and left 3 messages, no one called back
