Negotiated a great deal on a 2026 2500HD 4x4. Salesman was great. Got into the finance office after sitting for an hour and a half. Rushed through the paperwork. Didn't check closely enough and found out they cheated me out of an additional $1000. This is compounded by the fact I negotiated to get that extra $1000 by going from 3.99% to 4.49% on the financing. So they screwed me twice!! (Partially my fault for trusting a car dealer).
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM WESLEY CHAPEL CHEVROLET My wife and I went in on 12/20/25 Saturday to buy a 2026 Chevy Colorado. The salesman advised they did not have the truck I wanted they would have to get it from another dealership. I said that was fine. During negotiation the salesman offered a free spray in bedliner. Terrible manager. I was attempting to buy a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with driver side rear tailend damage, real light and bumper. I was seeking to buy the truck for $33,000 due to the rearend damage. Seller states we can't negotiate the price. I say ok take care. Sent an online Inquiry and Josh Westfall answered right away. Him and his manager tried to make a deal but fell short. Looks like they have a great selection and Josh seems like a good straight forward salesman. Fast forward one day and boy did things change. I give them a chance to make a deal and their finance manager starts shooting my credit all around.
