Great experience with Hector and DC! In and out with no hiccups. I would definitely recommend.
Had to come in for a urgent oil change. I didn't have an appointment because I was from out of town. Michael Cecil and the service department says don't worry we can get you right in. He got me in got the oil change and out the door very fast. Very professional service by all even some of the porters would come in a waiting room and introduce themselves. Definitely a five-star. Thanks for all your help
The phone receptionist lady is rude, had a condescending tone, isn’t helpful at all when I tried to call up there to ask why they called my phone , she said “ I don’t know “ with a nasty Tone to her voice like she hates her job!!! I replied with it’s ok thank you and instead of saying, “ you’re welcome, have a nice day” she just hung up on me. She doesn’t even have good phone etiquette to be workin in customer service.
