Took my vehicle in for an oil change & wheel/tire rotation, ended up with a $665 bill for additional recommended services. They tried to make me buy new TPMS sensors until I told them that the ones that were on it, worked fine when I dropped it off. I don’t understand why they want to screw me over when I come to them for business.
Shane & another rep were prompt, and professional, as I checked in for an oil change. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Shane also schedule an appointment for me to return to have my running boards looked at. 5stars
Dawson, our service rep, was amazing. Our car was there for over a month waiting for parts and he was in communication with us frequently to let us know the status. We could only get up there on a Sunday to pick the car up and he made sure he gave the keys to the sales department since the service department was closed. He is a great asset to Chevy of South Anchorage.
I worked with Dawson and his communications and customer service were great, clear and easy to understand for me, someone that knows very little about cars. He was always available via their text service if I had any questions and kept me updated with process and pricing. However, my check engine light turned on an hour after picking up and driving around. Check engine light had never gone off prior to the work I had done.
