We were the first people in line that morning and tires and oil changes are on a first come first serve basis. We left our car at 7:00am as the first appointment of the day. At 11:00am I called and they had just pulled our car in to start on the tires. Our car was done at 12:30pm. That is totally unacceptable. I drove by there around 9:30am (with our other vehicle) and there were cars in all 3 bays for tire service but not ours. Why was ours not done first? Brought my car in after it stopped while driving. They took 2 months to look at the engine, then promptly misdiagnosed it an quoted and additional $15k to fix (on top of what I had already paid). They charged me to put the engine back together but didn't, and when I had the car towed to another mechanic, there were bolts missing, bolts broken, the spark plugs had been cut, and several items from compartment were straight missing that weren't related to what the shop had told me they looked at. They don’t answer their phones. Ever. No matter who you call. You’re forced to walk in to make an appointment and each time everyone seems free…So not sure why no one can answer phones. Or you make an appointment online and then bring your vehicle in at said time and they tell you they don’t have you down. Extremely frustrating.
We ordered a car through them and put down a deposit. They said 3-6 months, which turned into over 10. When we went to pick up the car the price had gone up and they wouldnt honor the price they had agreed to sell it for. They care more about money than people. If you really want a Chevrolet order it from a different dealership and ship it up. My friends that did that had a much better experience and didn’t have to wait as long for their vehicle.
