Great, quick, experience!
Great & timely experience getting our oil changed. Mike gave us options for further services that might be needed. We recommend Chev South Anchorage Service Center for servicing your vehicle.
It would be zero stars but that’s not an option…. I would not recommend their service shop especially if you have to deal with their service advisor Shane. He kept lying to me and pushing off when he was going to have my vehicle worked on. It took me saying that I can park blocking the service bays so that my vehicle is the next to get worked on before he finally had them pull my vehicle in. It has been there 3 weeks so far with no answer I still don’t have it back supposedly it is now getting worked on but that came from Sh... read more
