Great communication and experience
Joseph Guttella was great! He was patient and very thorough and made sure I found the perfect car for me and my family
Typical car dealer...I was sold a car with a defective part. The dealership was taking care of it but when I asked for an extension of onstar services I was told dint worry its free just get it fixed I came to find out thats not the case and the salesman Matt just dismissed me when I reached out saying it's no longer his problem...very disappointing this is how customers get treated especially those that are military veterans. I want be going back to this dealership in the future
From the moment we walked we felt welcome. Mitchell our sales person was straight forward and extremely helpful. Billy the manager was very friendly and John in financing gave us plenty of options.
Obviously there’s places that lie and scam people and take advantage of customers. Unfortunately this is one of those places. They will try to squeeze every dollar out of you.Avoid going here.
