The staff's were very courteous and professional... Did not have to wait long...

I don’t usually enjoy buying cars, but from the minute, I walked into Chevrolet of Smithtown. The experience was amazing our salesman Tom Hassan was extraordinary. He showed us all cars without any pressure. He was kind, knowledgeable and a great professional. We agreed to purchase the car and he walked us through every step . Overall, I can say shopping for a car at Chevrolet of Smithtown was an amazing experience. We received a beautiful car and we love it. thank you, Tom Hassan.
Even if the issue is at fault of Chevrolet, they DO NOT CARE. They say contact corporate, corporate says contact store. This is why the brand is failing. Service manager was absolutely ZERO help. Take your business to Chevrolet 112 as they will listen. Stay away from North Shore Chevrolet.
