Very disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my 2024 GMC Acadia in for a fuel leak and coolant leak, and the vehicle remained at the dealership for nearly two weeks. Communication was poor throughout the process—I had to repeatedly call for updates, and the service advisor seemed unfamiliar with my vehicle and even confused me with another customer.
