Schedule appointment for 8th diagnosis of same problem. Part ordered. No communication when the part came in. Schedule part replacement appointment. Told them to change oil at the same time. Part replaced and no oil change. Was told to come back. Absolutely the worst dealership. It’s why I drive to Butte for my service work. This isn’t my first disappointment with this dealership. I have a long list!
Parts manager and service team went above and beyond to fix a misunderstanding. Greatly appreciated and will keep me coming back as they have shown they will stand behind their services
