On July 5, I brought my 2011 GMC Sierra into the dealership for a simple headlamp bulb replacement. I purchased the bulb from their parts department and waited for the tech to insert the new bulb. After a couple of hour wait, the tech came back and said there was a deeper electrical issue and there would be an additional diagnostic fee of ~$150 to troubleshoot the issue. I said I'll bring it back, and then paid for the bulb (they would not accept a return) and ~$100 for the time the tech spent trying to install the bulb. Aft... read more
