This is the 2nd car bought from Solo. He is a great guy and we love that he is not a pushy salesman. This last time we went were we not even looking at buying just wanted to look and ended up walking out with a beautiful 2024 Chevy Equinox. Usually u spend hours at the dealership but we were done in about 1.5-2 hrs. Finance was not pushy. Told them I want what I had on my last Equinox and they made it happen. Dustin helped us purchase a new vehicle and made the process seem so easy. We communicated by phone about the vehicle we wanted and by the time we got to the dealership he had it all detailed and waiting for us. The dealership was a couple hours from our house but we will definitely be back when needed and will recommend to our family and friends. Ask for Dustin when purchasing your next vehicle.
My truck is under 15.000 miles. I took it there for an oil change. I dont know what they did to the truck but al electrical components started to fail including the brakes. I lost the brakes while driving through the I40. Took the truck back to them, they said they fixed it and two days later I lost the brakes again while driving at 75mph. They did not even care, they didn't even apologize. Worst dealership ever. Thanks god I am alive. Do not trust them under any circunstance.
Good experience, with the service department fixing my slow leak tire. They appeared to fail to set the air pressure in all four tires :(
Can I get negative stars!!! Took my truck in to have 3 things fixed. New abs module, air bag sensor and a brake module controlling the cruise control. They were supposed to have the parts ordered and have everything done in 1 day.. We'll they forgot to order them and then they finally got them ordered in 2 days later while my truck was sitting there.
