I went and looked at a truck. All I wanted was a price and I told them I would go through my bank and not to request financing through the dealership. They did 10 different credit pulls completely disregarding what I asked. I backed out of buying the truck. My credit score dropped 10 points because of them! They don't care about the customers, only about the sell!
I had great service from the parts department. They had exactly what I needed. Staff I passed on the way to the parts department were friendly and helpful.
The team is very friendly and helpful to our needs.
