Absolutely garbage staff. The sales staff knew less about the new 2025 equinox that we purchased than we did. That car has been having issues for 4 of the 11 months that we’ve owned it. The service department is amazingly worse than the sales staff. They have done absolutely nothing but repeatedly drop the ball. Wonderful experience. This was the second time, in 6 months, my wife and I have worked with Chevrolet of Columbus with Johnny. I am incredibly pleased with Chevy Colorado 2026 Trail Boss he helped set me up with. Other members of the team aided kindly and quicky through other transactional processes, all while ensuring questions were answered.
I was traveling through Columbus and needed a Charge for my Chevrolet Blazer EV. I pulled into the Service tunnel and talked to the Service writers. At first I was really disappointed in their knowledge of the Charging setup at the dealership. But I ask for the Service Manager and he came in and saved the day. Jeff came out and told me what to do and got me charging and in little while I was back on the road. Great job to Jeff and Columbus Chevrolet. Thanks.
Raymond was very accommodating and transparent about the services and time needed for my car. Shuttle service was also great!
