It was a smooth, easy experience. Walked in knowing what i wanted and they made it happen.
The folks in the service department were absolutely amazing! I broke down while traveling through the area — right off their exit — and they managed to get me in, fixed up, and back on the road faster than I could’ve at my own local dealership back in Michigan. Vehicle was dropped off for a warranty repair while I was traveling through Columbus from out of state. The service department diagnosed it as a simple software issue, and promised to transport my vehicle back to me through the GM reunite program. After a few days I was informed that they could not transport the vehicle as promised because the issue was software related and did not require the replacement of any parts. After some back and forth they offered to drive the vehicle about an hour away from me, and I could meet th... read more
