No issues, Made the appointment, dropped off my truck the day before, received a call mid morning of what the "damages" for front a rear brakes would be and approved the service, then started selling feet pics online to try and cover the $2000 brake job for a truck with 38,000 miles on it. The service advisor, Samantha was awesome. She stepped in to take care of me when my advisor that I had appointment with was running late due to a personal issue, I will continue to be a client as long as those two are going to be there. I own four GM products and if you guys continue to treat me this well, you will have my business for all my GM needs. Thanks for the GREAT service!
Multiple issues, was told 10 different things by all different way service members, very shocked as I have done business to business with them for -0 years . Not sure what has happened . But from what different service members have told me it isn’t really the lack of parts .
0 for customer service. Stayed needs to be trained on how to speak with customers.
Took my vehicle in for repair and agreed to their initial diagnosis and repair approval. After that, they claimed it needed more “diagnosis” and kept piling on charges. I’m now out $800, and my car still has the exact same issue it had on day one. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
