Booked an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am for my 2023 Chevy Corvette. I left the dealership at 12:15 with a partially completed service as they did not have engine air filter in stock and were awaiting it from their parts supplier in Marietta. I have never booked an appointment for an oil change and waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for the car, let alone an incomplete job. Carlose Rivera worst Salesmen ever!!!! How do you post vehicles on Facebook but ignore questions that are being asked? Worst ever!!! I have to beg for a response from him and im trying to buy the truck crazy. If thats how you do business on the sales side I cant imagine what goes on in service or finance....at this point I'll drive to carl black or john thornton.
Terrible. I was selling a car on Facebook Marketplace and they spam my account saying bring it there to trade in. I told him how much I wanted they wasted my time and just replied with a childish remarks. So be on the lookout these people are looking at you on your social media accounts and targeting you. Parker Henson was the person that did it.
Elijah, Samantha, and Jason the service manager were all fantastic performing repairs to my corvette! I highly recommend Chevrolet of Canton.
