When I saw the reviews for this place I said to myself " It can't be that bad right?" Oh it's much much worse. The employees litteraly avoid you so they don't have to do there job. Good luck finding someone that speaks English. Appointments are pointless. After literally asking for 4 people for help, they send me to booth 5. Pésimo servicio y precios muy elevados no lo recomiendo
I have been here 4 times for basic maintenance and I will never be going back. I made the mistake of purchasing a maintenance package through them and is the only reason why I returned. Customer service is awful and the employees are extremely rude. I also doubt the legitimacy of this being a GM Certified shop as the building they take it to is “Zip Lube”.
