I took my truck last year to 6 dealer because i was having issues with the transmission and for them there was no issues with the transmission. He was the only dealer who did the job properly and did what he was supposed to do. During the inspection, they found pieces of metal in the transmission fluid. Thank you
0 star terrible terrible service and bad communications etc.... no respect at all to their customers / after I left i realize that one of the people who work on my truck wrote an insult on my key tag for me ... unbelievable I will never go back agian
Bought 3 trucks from this dealer had nothing but issues with them . Service takes always 1-2 month to respond they keep your vehicles sitting their until you calm mad a couple times then they finally get it done. The air conditioning went bad on all 3 trucks and my service advisor told me it’s to hot in Florida. Today we’re I lost it all o declined service for new wheels and went to pick up truck and they returned my truck with a damaged wheel . Spoke to manager they didn’t give a crap .
