We went in the middle of June and traded a car with the lien. The sales person Assured us our lean would be paid off within 10 business days pursuant to ** Stat. 319.24(5).well we're sitting at three weeks and it's not been paid off yet. The vehicle was purchased on June 15, however we were able to get better terms reducing 6 months off of the loan which required a different contract to be singed, and was done on June 22. As that was over a weekend, the contract was mailed in on Monday the 24th. Once the contract was processed with new loan provider, the payoff of the trade in was made in full to the lien holder. On 9/5/23 my car was taking here to the Chevrolet center be repaired from a accident. Repairs are cover by State Farm. Upon start of repairs my car was set into theft mode from one of the workers there at the shop. After I got the alert to my phone about this I called the shop back and forth for a few days untill I finally gotten a hold of someone at the Chevrolet center and I told them I have alerts to my phone saying my car is in theft mode and I Asked them who used the key itself to unlock the car and no one wanted to own... read more

*********************** refused to provide us the keys to her vehicle. She wanted to lock and unlock the car as needed for us to repair the vehicle. However, we need the keys in order to move the vehicle within our property from body work, to paint, to wash area, etc, which cannot be done unless we were to have the keys to do drive the car. The car cannot be fully repaired sitting in our parking lot, being locked and unlocked remotely. Chevrolet Center use to have excellent customer service. This year however, I have had nothing but problems. In the spring I had an oil change and ended up complaining about extremely poor customer service on their survey. The Manager did actually reach out and said a free oil change would be on my account for next time. The next oil change did not have the credit on my account so I played the voicemail message to the same Manager and the credit was added for my next service with them. This is the second Silverado I've purchased from this dealership. I've also purchase many other vehicles from competitors and I can honestly tell you that you'll feel valued and this doesn't end with the delivery of your new vehicle. Their Body Shop, Service Dept and Parts Dept are equally amazing. It's common place to speak with employees that have worked there 15 to 20 years or more, which speaks volumes of the way the treat their employees.
Great service at Chevrolet Center in Winter Haven. Michael Gardner is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for service or to buy a car.
