Update: After my initial experience, Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe reached out to me directly to address my concerns. I had the opportunity to speak with the Service Manager (Joe G.), who took the time to thoroughly explain what had happened regarding the pricing discrepancy and the charges that appeared on my final invoice. Mike Day was great to work with. Plenty of communication to set the appointment. I arrived at 11am, and drove off the lot with my new trail boss at 3pm. This included a trade. Happy I made the drive from Albuquerque!
