Joey Kapala in service understood my situation, i had driven three days to get to santa fe from california and after i had it serviced before I left at John L Sullivan of Roseville, oil change and all fluids changed and a motor mount it cost about $1,200 . I had a very terrible experience with the service department and the service department manager Robert. I own a 2018 manual transmission vehicle that was in need of service. I called in which I worked with 2 different service advisors who happily set up an appointment for me. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership Using my Chevy roadside assistance. A few days passed only to find out that their certified GM mechanics are not able to work on manual transmissions and I would have two have it towed to Albuquerque to have it... read more
